FAQs
What sizes are available for the paper clips?
The two primary sizes of our paper clips are small (standard) and large (jumbo). The typical small standard paper clips, which are about 28 mm long, are used for a few sheets of paper. The large (jumbo) clips can accommodate thicker stacks of paper because they are larger, measuring at least 50 mm in length. We make sure you have the appropriate clip for both light and heavy tasks by offering two sizes.
Are there different colors available for the paper clips?
Indeed, a variety of colours are available for the paper clips. For colour-coding documents or simply adding some fun to your paperwork, we have packs that include clips coated in vivid plastic colours (red, blue, yellow, green, etc.). If you like a more conventional style, we also have the traditional silver-colored metal finish paper clips. In addition to providing you with colour variation, the vinyl coating on the coloured ones smooths them out and keeps them from rusting.
Are the paper clips strong enough to hold multiple sheets of paper securely?
Of course. The high-quality steel wire used to make our paper clips strikes a good balance between strength and flexibility. Ten to twenty sheets of regular paper can be held firmly and non-slippily in a single tiny clip. The jumbo clips' larger size and firmer grip allow them to hold even more, frequently up to 50–60 pages. With regular use, they won't readily become distorted. These clips will securely hold your documents together, regardless of how many pages they contain or how thick they are.
Are the paper clips rust-resistant or coated to prevent corrosion?
Yes, rust resistance is a feature of our paper clips. In addition to adding colour, the vinyl coating on the coloured paper clips completely encases the metal and stops corrosion over time. The plain metal (silver) paper clips have a protective finish because they are composed of galvanised steel or another rust-resistant alloy. This guarantees that they won't rust and discolour your documents easily, even if they are kept for an extended period of time or are used in somewhat humid environments.
Can the paper clips be used with other office supplies, such as binders or folders?
Indeed, paper clips work well with a variety of other office supplies. For example, you can temporarily store documents by clipping them to the inside of folders or binders. Paper clips are also frequently used to affix a business card to a brochure or as a temporary bookmark in planners or notebooks. Specifically, the jumbo clips can be used to hold a folder closed or as a kind of binder clamp for thicker documents. They are incredibly useful office tools that aren't just for stapling papers together.
